Prices from £500 + VAT (plus any expenses).
This includes a full measured survey of the property, plans, elevations and sections as existing.
£900 +
Planning drawings
Prices from £900 + VAT (plus any expenses. This could be travel costs, print charges, an Ordnance Survey map to accompany the application, for example).
This includes drawings suitable for a planning application and submitting the application.
In addition, the planning application fee is approximately £231 for a full plans application or approximately £128 for Permitted Development.
Building regulation drawings
Prices from £300 + VAT.
This includes working up our drawings suitable for a building regulation application and submitting the application.
In addition, the Building Regulation fee, set by the Local Authority, will be charged,
